it does not usually snow here in Santiago but we can always see snow on the Corderilla all winter long, and this year it came down the hill to douche the city good.
People get real silly here what cars crashing, buses sliding and little kids running wild. I was biking down the sidewalk and a little girl I had never met came up to me and said, "We are playing in the Snow!".
